Whether you’re new to making or already know the drill, members get access to a wide variety of tools to build, explore, and tinker. Anyone 16 or older can start creating at Maker Playground.
Step 1: Select Your Membership
Maker Playground Memberships are open to anyone 16 or older, whether you’re a beginner or experienced with tools. Members have access to Maker Playground during operating hours and also receive a discount on certain classes.
Please watch all required training videos before visiting the space. Monthly memberships renew automatically each month. Annual memberships include a 10% discount. If you have any membership or equipment questions, please email us at makerplayground@fishers.in.us.

5-Visit Punch Card
Ages 16+
- Not ready to commit to a membership? Need a gift for a maker in your life? Purchase a 5-Visit Punch Card for $125 to get five visits. This price is the same for both residents and non-residents.
- Punch Card members have access to everything included in a Basic Membership
- Punch Card Members must watch all safety videos prior to their first visit.
- If you received a 5-Visit Punch Card as a gift, please visit Maker Playground to enroll as a Punch Card member. If the card is lost before enrollment, it cannot be reissued.
- Punch Card members do not receive an access badge and must check in at the front desk to access the shop on each visit.
- Punch Card members must complete the required training before using the CNC router or laser cutter. Attending a training session does not use up a visit—unless you also work on a project during that visit. Once you are qualified on a machine, you won’t need to retake the training if you renew your Punch Card. However, staff may require you to retake training if you fail to follow safety guidelines or do not demonstrate proper understanding of Maker Playground rules.
