The City of Fishers Parks and Recreation Department has played an integral role in making Fishers one the best places to live in the United States. With 25 park properties, nearly 600 acres of parkland, and over 100 miles of multi-use trails, the amenities offered to our citizens have grown along with the amazing growth of the city overall. 

But it doesn’t stop there! The Department also operates a lake and beach during the summer season, an amphitheater which hosts a farmers’ market and concerts (including national recording artists), four recreation facilities, and a 127-acre nature preserve.
